Loosen clamp (39) and remove outlet line (40) from power steering pump (33).

Disconnect air line (41) from air compressor (32).

Remove screw (38), washer (37), clamp (36), and air line (41) from engine (34).

Loosen two screws (42) and screw (43), and rotate alternator (64) upward.

NOTE

All sealant must be removed prior to removing wires. Tag all wires

for installation.

Remove two screw-assembled lockwashers (52) and terminal cover (51) from alternator (64). Discard

screw-assembled lockwashers (52).

Remove screw (53), lockwasher (56), and negative wire (44) from alternator (64). Discard

lockwasher (56).

Remove nut (47), lockwasher (46), and accessory wire (45) from alternator (64). Discard lockwasher (46).

Remove nut (50), lockwasher (49), and positive wire (48) from alternator (64). Discard lockwasher (49).

Disconnect lead (55) from AC wire (54).

Remove screw (60), clamp (62), and harness (59) from oil cooler housing (63).

Remove screw (57), clamp (58), and harnesses (59) and (61) from engine (34).

Disconnect lead (71) from temperature sending unit (65).

Remove screw (68), washer (67), ground strap (66), three ground wires (69), and lockwasher (70)

from engine (34). Discard lockwasher (70).
