CAUTION

Use care when routing harness. Snagging may result, and forceful

pulling will cause damage to harness.

NOTE

Assistant will help with step 1.

Position front wiring harness (2) in the vehicle (1), routing branches in approximate positions and

through firewall (3).

Connect two wires (24) to spring brake pressure switch (25).

Connect wire (15) to engine temperature gauge (5).

Connect wire (21) to transmission oil temperature gauge (22).

Connect wire (17) to oil pressure gauge (18).

Connect wire (12) to fuel gauge (13).

Connect five wires (10), (11), (14), (16), and (23) to five instrument cluster lights (4).

Connect wire (20) to instrument cluster wiring harness (19).

Connect three wires (9) to starter switch (6).

Connect three wires (8) to battery switch (7).

Install fresh air control cable (28) on heater (26) with new spring nut (27) and new cotter pin (33).

Install clamp (30) on bracket (32) with clamp (30), nut (31), and screw (29).

Install instrument cluster assembly (34) on instrument panel (35) with eight screws (36).
