Disconnect three wires (25) from high-beam selector switch (26).

NOTE

Perform step 36 for M929A2, M930A2, M931A2, M932A2, and

M936A2 vehicles only.

Disconnect wire (30) from wire (31).

Remove four nuts (27), lockwashers (28), and screws (24) from front wiring harness connector (29)

and rear wiring harness connector (32). Discard lockwashers (28).

Disconnect front wiring harness connector (29) from rear wiring harness connector (32).

Disconnect wire (33) from parking brake switch wire (34).

Disconnect wire (35) from transfer case switch capacitor lead (36).

NOTE

Perform step 41 for M936A2 vehicles only.

Disconnect wire (38) from 5th gear lock-up capacitor lead (37).
