Disconnect three wires (16) from battery switch (15).

Disconnect three wires (17) from starter switch (14).

Disconnect wire (28) from instrument cluster wiring harness (27).

Disconnect five wires (18), (19), (22), (24), and (31) from five instrument cluster lights (12).

Disconnect wire (20) from fuel gauge (21).

Disconnect wire (25) from oil pressure gauge (26).

Disconnect wire (29) from transmission oil temperature gauge (30).

Disconnect wire (23) from engine temperature gauge (13).

Disconnect two wires (32) from spring brake pressure switch (33).

Remove eight screws (3) and instrument cluster (1) from instrument panel (2).

Remove screw (7), clamp (8), and retainer nut (9) from fresh air control cable (6) and

bracket (10).

Remove cotter pin (11), fresh air control cable (6), and spring nut (5) from heater (4). Discard cotter

pin (11) and spring nut (5).
