c. Installation

1.

Install brushguard (5) on hood (4), aligning clamps (3) on wiring harness (2) in proper position with

ten screw-assembled washers (6) and nuts (1).

2.

Install elbow (13) on brushguard (5) with four screws (10), washers (9), and nuts (8).

3.

Install air duct (7) on elbow (13) with clamp (14).

4.

Install brushguard (5) on right fender (11) with three screw-assembled washers (12).

5.

Install two upper hinge halves (15) on brushguard (5) with three screw-assembled washers (16).

6.

Install harness (26) and harness clamps (17) on hood (18) with twelve screw-assembled washers (19).

7.

Install wiring harness quick-disconnect (21) on brushguard (5) with four screws (20), washers (22),

and nuts (23).

8.

Install three screw-assembled washers (24) on left fender (25) and brushguard (5).
