Parking brake set (TM 9-2320-272-10).

Adhesive (Appendix C, Item 7)

Transmission console removed (para. 474).

Winch console removed (if equipped) (para. 4-74).

Instrument cluster removed (para. 3-83).

a. Removal

1.

Pull back cab floor insulation (3), firewall insulation (1), and access cover insulation (6) to expose

screw-assembled washers (7).

2.

Remove sixteen screw-assembled washers (7) and access cover (2) from firewall (5) and cab floor (4).

b. Installation

1.

Install access cover (2) on firewall (5) and cab floor (4) with sixteen screw-assembled washers (7).

2.

Apply adhesive to back side of cab floor insulation (3), firewall insulation (1), and access cover

insulation (6) and press into place on access cover (2), firewall (5), and cab floor (4).
