EQUIPMENT CONDITION

Parking brake set (TM 9-2320-272-10).

Cab door glass removed (para. 3-314).

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Eyeshields required when replacing cab door glass.

WARNING

Use eyeshields when replacing door glass. Glass could shatter,

causing injury to personnel.

a Disassembly

1.

Remove four screws (3), regulator channel (4), regulator channel filler (5), and regulator channel

seal (6) from frame (2). Discard regulator channel filler (5) and regulator channel seal (6).

2.

Carefully slide glass (7) from frame (2).

3.

Remove frame seal (1) from frame (2). Discard frame seal (1).

b. Assembly

1.

Position new frame seal (1) on top and sides of glass (7).

2.

Position glass (7) with frame seal (1) in frame (2).

3.

Install regulator channel seal (6), regulator channel filler (5), and regulator channel (4) on

glass (7) and frame (2) with four screws (3).
