Disconnect two hydraulic hoses (2) and (3) from control valve (1) and fittings (6) and (7).

NOTE

Ensure plugs are removed from all fittings before installation.

Ensure no particles of plugging become trapped in dump body

hydraulic system during installation of hoses and tubing.

Connect two hydraulic hoses (3) and (2) to fittings (4) and (5) on control valve (1).

Connect two hydraulic hoses (3) and (2) to cross fittings (6) and (7).

Connect two hydraulic hoses (16) to right and left cylinder ports (18) (with bypass tube (8)

extending full length of cylinder) and right cross fitting (15).

Connect two hydraulic hoses (13) to right and left cylinder ports (11) (with bypass tube (9) extending

midway of the cylinder) and left cross fitting (14).

Connect left cross fitting-to-safety lock cylinder hose (12) to left safety lock cylinder port (10) and

left cross fitting (14).

Connect right cross fitting-to-safety lock cylinder hose (17) to right safety lock cylinder port (15) and

right cross fitting (19).

Remove dump body safety braces and place in lowest position (LO 9-2320-272-12).
