Using arbor press, install extension (10) in swivel (6) with new locknut (11).

2.

Using arbor press, install outer race (3) into frame (4).

3.

Position forty-five ball bearings (2) on outer race (3).

4.

Using arbor press, install inner race (1) in frame (4).

5.

Install new felt seal (9) over inner race (1).

6.

Using arbor press, install new bushing (7) in frame (4).

7.

Install bearing (8) in bottom of frame (4).

NOTE

Ensure all felt seals are soaked in lubricating oil before

installation.

Ensure all bearings are packed with GAA grease before

installation.
