Using arbor press, install two bushings (10) and (6) in tensioner (13).

Using arbor press, install bearing (3) in sheave (4).

9.

Position two new felt washers (2) and (5), with felt sides against ends of bearing (3), in sheave (4).

10.

Install woodruff key (8) in shaft (7).

11.

Position sheave (4) and two thrust washers (1) in tensioner (13) and install shaft (7).

12.

Install block (9) on shaft (7) with four new lockwashers (12) and screws (11).

13.

Install lever (18) on shaft (7) with setscrew (19).

14.

Install spring (23) and poppet (24) in poppet nut (25).

15.

Install latch (22) on poppet (24) with latch nut (26).

16.

Install poppet assembly (20) in lever (18) and install with poppet nut (25).

17.

Install two grease fittings (21) on cable tensioner (13).

Install cable tensioner (13) on roller assembly (14) with four new screws (17), lockwashers (16), and

nuts (15).
