Remove four screws (l), lockwashers (2), and block assembly (13) from frame (3). Discard

lockwashers (2).

Remove shaft (11) from frame (3).

Remove bushing (14), woodruff key (12), and bushing (10) from shaft (11). Discard woodruff key (12)

and tag parts for installation.

Remove sheave (7), two felt washers (8) and (5), and thrust washers (4) and (9) from frame (3). Discard

felt washers (5) and (8).

Remove bearing (6) from sheave (7).

Remove two snaprings (19) from tensioner sheave pin (20).

Remove tensioner sheave pin (20) and pin (21) from frame (3).

Remove sheave (18), two felt washers (16), and thrust washers (15) from frame (3). Discard felt

washers (16).

Remove bearing (17) from sheave (18).
