Install new seal (27) in brake housing (20).

Position brake housing (20) and new gasket (19) on gearcase (3) and install with four new

lockwashers (21) and screws (22).

12.

Install new seal (29) in input shaft bearing cap (17).

13.

Install new gasket (18) and input shaft bearing cap (17) on gearcase (3) with four new

lockwashers (16) and screws (15).

14.

Install woodruff key (28) on input shaft (4).

15.

Ensure woodruff key (25) slot in brakedrum (26) engages woodruff key CW, position brakedrum (26)

on input shaft (4), and install with washer (23), new lockwasher (25), and screw (24).
