Position sheave frame (3) in tensioner frame (1).

Coat bearing (7) with GAA grease and install in sheave (6).

Install grease fitting (9) in pin (8).

Place steel sides of two new felt washers (5) on each side of bearing (7) in sheave (6) and place

sheave (6) and two thrust washers (4) in frame (3).

Install sheave (6) in tensioner frame (1) and frame (3) with pin (8) and new cotter pin (2).

Coat bearing (14) with GAA grease and install in sheave (13).

Install grease fitting (16) in pin (15).

Place steel sides of two new felt washers (12) on each side of bearing (14) in sheave (13) and place

sheave (13) and two thrust washers (11) in tensioner frame (1).

Install sheave (13) in tensioner frame (1) with pin (15) and new cotter pin (10).
