Install utility chain and hoist hook on hydraulic swivel valve (6).

WARNING

All personnel must stand clear during lifting operations. A

snapped cable, or shifting or swinging load, may cause injury to

personnel.

NOTE

Assistant will help with step 2.

Align valve guide pins (3) on swivel valve (6) with slots (5) in turntable (4) and install with six new

lockwashers (2) and screws (1). Tighten screws (1) 44-61 lb-ft (60-83 N•m).

Remove hoist hook and utility chain from hydraulic swivel valve (6).

Install adapter fitting (23) on swivel valve (6) and adapter fitting (8) on adapter fitting (23).

Connect hydraulic tube (10) to swivel valve (6) and elevating cylinder tee (9).

Connect hydraulic lines (7) and (24) to hydraulic swivel valve (6).

Install adapter fittings (11), (13), (14), (22), (21), (19), (16), and (17) on lower end ofhydraulic swivel

valve (6).

Connect hydraulic lines (20), (12), (15), and (18) to fittings on lower end of hydraulic swivel valve (6).
