Have drainage container ready to catch oil.

Tag all hydraulic lines and fittings for installation.

Disconnect hydraulic lines (7), (10), and (13) from lower end of hydraulic swivel valve (3).

Remove adapter fittings (6), (8), (9), (11), (12), (14), (16), and (17) from lower end of hydraulic swivel

valve (3).

Disconnect hydraulic lines (1) and (18) from hydraulic swivel valve (3).

Disconnect hydraulic tube (5) from elevating cylinder tee (4) and swivel valve (3).

Remove adapter fittings (2) and (19) from hydraulic swivel valve (3).

Remove six screws (22) and lockwashers (23) from hydraulic swivel valve (3) and turntable (24).

Discard lockwashers (23).

Install utility chain on hydraulic swivel valve (3).

NOTE

Assistant will assist with step 8.

Attach hoist hook to chain and lift valve (3) from turntable (24).

9.

Remove utility chain and hoist hook from hydraulic swivel valve (3).

WARNING

All personnel must stand clear during lifting operations. A

snapped cable, or shifting or swinging load, may cause injury to

personnel.

CAUTION

When disconnecting hydraulic lines and hoses, plug all openings to

prevent dirt from entering and causing internal damage to parts.
