NOTE

All male threads must be wrapped with antiseize tape before

installation,

Connect pressurization valve (22) on crankcase breather (3) with hose (2) and two clamps (1).

Install pressurization valve bracket (23) on rocker lever cover (4) with new lockwasher (31) and

screw (30).

Connect power steering pump hose (13) to pressurization valve connector (14).

Install power steering pump hose (13) on radiator support bracket (10) and bracket (9) with

clamp (ll), screw (12), and new locknut (8).

Connect pressurization hose (6) and vent hose (5) to pressurization valve connectors (7).

Install crankcase breather tube (15) on pressurization valve elbow (27) with hose (17) and two

clamps (16).

NOTE

Perform step 7 for vehicles equipped with positive crankcase

ventilation system.

Install crankcase vent tube (32) on pressurization valve elbow (34) with hose (35) and two

clamps (33).

Connect supply hose (20) to pressurized valve adapter (21).

Install control cable (26) on nut (28) and tighten screw (29).

Install control cable (26) on fording cable bracket (24) with clamp (19), two screws (18), and new

locknuts (25).
