Step 3. Operate winch from manual station (TM 9-2320-279-10). Check if winch cable will pay out.

If winch cable will pay out, go to step 4.

If winch cable will not pay out, go to step 6.

Step 4. Operate heavy-duty winch in the remote control position (TM 9-2320-279-10). Check for

24 VDC at pin D.

If 24 VDC is not present, go to ENGINE Troubleshooting Malfunction 9.1, then

return here.
