Check for defective fail-safe solenoid wiring. Disconnect connector from fail-safe solenoid

valve. Set all electrical switches for remote operation (TM 9-2320-279-10). Check resistance

of wire 854 from contact 2 on fail-safe valve connector to pin C at electrical control box.

If resistance is more than zero ohms, repair wire or replace connector.

Step 8. Check wires in remote control cable for continuity.

If resistance is more than zero ohms, repair wire or replace connector.

If problem remains, notify the supervisor.
