• M984E1 does not, have cushion clip.

Remove screw (18), washer (19), and

cushion clip (20) to free engine

harness (7) from upper flange of

transmission (8).

Disconnect ether start plug (21) at harness socket (22).

(10)

Disconnect two wires (23) from water temperature thermostat (24).
