LOWER RADIATOR HOSE REPLACEMENT

Loosen two clamps (2) and remove lower radiator hose (3) from radiator (1) and lower tube assembly ( 4 )

.

2.

Remove two clamps (2) from hose (3).

Equipment Condition

Cooling system drained (para. 3-60).

b. Installation

1.

Install two clamps (2) to hose (3).

2.

Install lower radiator hose (3) on lower tube assembly (4) and radiator (1) with two clamps (2).

NOT E

Vehicles may be equipped with either spring clamps and/or

conventional clamps.

3.

Tighten spring clamps (2) to 90 lb-in. (10 N

•

m). Tighten conventional clamps (2) to 40 lb-in. (5 N

•
