Step 52.

Repair wire 1592 and wire 1187 at cab instrument panel wire harness CHECK FOR

OPEN COMPARTMENT DOOR WHEN LIGHT IS ON indicator (TM 9-2320-325-14&P).

Disconnect cab instrument panel wire harness check for open compartment door when

light is on flasher unit connector.

Disconnect cab instrument panel wire harness side

warning light flasher unit connector.

Connect cab instrument panel wire harness

CHECK FOR OPEN COMPARTMENT DOOR WHEN LIGHT IS ON connector to side

warning flasher unit.

Push battery disconnect switch to on position (WP 0007).

Turn

Service Drive Lights On (TM 9-2320-422-10).

Check if CHECK FOR OPEN

COMPARTMENT DOOR WHEN LIGHT IS ON indicator flashes (WP 0004) when rear

compartment doors/hatches are opened.

If CHECK FOR OPEN COMPARTMENT DOOR WHEN LIGHT IS ON

indicator does not flash, connect cab instrument panel wire harness

flasher unit connectors to original positions and replace CHECK FOR

OPEN COMPARTMENT DOOR WHEN LIGHT IS ON

indicator (WP 0195).

b.

If CHECK FOR OPEN COMPARTMENT DOOR WHEN LIGHT IS ON

indicator flashes, connect cab instrument panel wire harness flasher

unit connectors to original positions and replace check for open

compartment door when light is on flasher unit (WP 0196).
