Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off harmful
vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing.
To avoid injury or death, keep away
from open fire and use in well-ventilated area.
If adhesive, solvent, or sealing
compound gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water.
NOTE
Install supply/drain weldment on check valve as noted prior to removal.
1.
Apply sealing compound to threads of supply/drain weldment (13) and nipple (14).
2.
Install nipple (14) and supply/drain weldment (13) on foam system inlet check valve (11).
3.
Install foam system inlet check valve (11) on bracket (12) with cradle (10), U-bolt (9), and two locknuts (8).
4.
Install three couplings (7), (6), and (5) on vehicle (WP 0313).
5.
Install U-bolt (2) on bracket (4) and pipe (3) with two locknuts (1).

1.
Open foam system service valve (WP 0004)
2.
Install hose reel (WP 0247)
