• Check all other vehicle gauges for

normal readings.

• Do all gauges show normal readings?

• Proceed to next desired test.

• Did the malfunctioning gauge stay at

zero or immediately go to full scale

when engine started?

• Go to test NG 31 to troubleshoot gauges.

• Refer to Troubleshooting

Index to locate and correct

problem.

After completing repair, rerun the GO-

Chain tests to verify that the problem is

fixed and no other problem exists.
