7-131. 100 AMP REVERSE POLARITY RELAY TO POWER DISTRIBUTION (PDP) PANEL

24 VDC CABLE REPLACEMENT (CONT)

b. Installation.

NOTE

Install plastic cable ties as required.

(1) Position 100 amp reverse polarity relay to PDP 24 vdc

cable (1) through bottom of cab (2).

(2) Position 100 amp reverse polarity relay to PDP 24 vdc

cable (1) in clamp (3).

(3) Position clamps (3 and 4) on frame rail (5) with washer

(6), screw (7), washer (8), and self-locking nut (9).

(4) Tighten self-locking nut (9) to 97-120 lb-in. (11-14 N·m).

(5) Position 100 amp reverse polarity relay to PDP 24 vdc

cable (1) in clamp (10).

(6) Install clamp (10) on frame rail (5) with screw (11) and

self-locking nut (12).

(7) Tighten self-locking nut (12) to 97-120 lb-in. (11-14 N·m).
