7-142. M1089 WINCH CONTROL WIRING HARNESS REPLACEMENT (CONT)

(4) Position ten wires (5) on top of terminal blocks TB4A (6),

TB6A (7), TB12 (8), TB14 (9), TB18 (10), and TB19 (11).

(5) Tighten screw (12) on top of terminal blocks TB4A (6),

TB6A (7), TB12 (8), TB14 (9), TB18 (10), and TB19 (11).

(6) Install eight conductor splices (13) between wires (14)

and wires (15) from four pneumatic solenoids (16).

(7) Cover eight conductor splices (13), wires (14) and wires

(15) with electrical tape.

(8) Connect two terminal lugs (17) to RH 30K winch

solenoid valve (18).
