Step (17) requires the aid of an assistant.

(17) Remove self-locking nut (29), bolt (30), and two clamps

(31) from bracket (32). Discard self-locking nut.

NOTE

Remove one clamp from transmission oil

cooler hose being removed.

(18) Remove clamp (31) from transmission oil cooler hose

(14).

NOTE

Perform steps (19) through (21) on all models

except M1083/M1084/M1085/ M1086/M1093.

(19) Position drain pan under transmission auxiliary oil cooler

(33).

(20) Remove transmission oil cooler hose (14) from 90-

degree fitting (34).

(21) Remove preformed packing (35) from 90-degree fitting

(34). Discard preformed packing.

(22) Remove self-locking nuts (36), bolt (37), and clamp (38)

from bracket (39). Discard self-locking nut.
