(24) Position drain pan under transmission auxiliary oil cooler

(40).

(25) Remove transmission oil cooler hose (14) from 90-

degree fitting (41).

(26) Remove preformed packing (42) from 90-degree fitting

(41). Discard preformed packing.

NOTE

Perform steps (27) through (29) on models

M1090/M1094.

(27) Position drain pan under transmission auxiliary oil cooler

(43).

(28) Remove transmission oil cooler hose (14) from 90-

degree fitting (44).

(29) Remove preformed packing (45) from 90-degree fitting

(44). Discard preformed packing.

b. Installation.

NOTE

• Install plastic cable ties as required.

• Perform steps (1) through (3) on M1090/ M1094.

(1) Install preformed packing (1) on 90-degree fitting (2).

(2) Position transmission oil cooler hose (3) on 90-degree

fitting (2).

(3) Tighten transmission oil cooler hose (3) to 94-104 lb-ft

(127-141 N·m).
