CARGO BED REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT)

Position 10 bolts (2) and self-locking nuts (3) in

cargo bed (1).

(3)

Tighten 10 bolts (2) to 77-92 lb-ft (105-125 N•m).

(4)

Perform steps (2) and (3) on right side of cargo

bed.

(5)

Position screw (4) and self-locking nut (5) on

bracket

(6) and cargo bed (1).

(6) Tighten self-locking nut (5) to 46 lb-ft (64 N•m).

(7) Perform steps (5) and (6) on right side brace.

(8)

Install four stakes (7) in cargo bed (1).

NOTE

Left and right side of cargo bed is installed

the same way.

Steps (2) and (3) require the aid of an

assistant.
