(2) Remove screw (3), lockwasher (4), and pin locking plate

(5) from under lift assembly (6). Discard lockwasher.

NOTE

Step (3) requires the aid of an assistant.

(3) Remove pivot pin (7) and bushing (8) from telescopic lift

cylinder (9).

WARNING

Use care when removing retaining rings.

Retaining rings are under tension and can

act as projectiles when released. Failure

to

comply

may

result

in

injury

to

personnel.

(4) Remove retaining ring (10) from cylinder end cap (11).

NOTE

Step (5) requires the aid of an assistant.

(6) Remove 90-degree fitting (2) from telescopic lift cylinder

(9).

(7) Remove preformed packing (10) from 90-degree fitting

(2). Discard preformed packing.
