Connect remote-control cable (4) to remote-control unit (3).
NOTE
•
If operation of crane via remote-control unit from front remote
station is desired, skip to Step (r).
•
If operation of crane via remote-control unit from rear junction
box is desired, complete Steps (b) through (q).

Disconnect rear remote plug (6), and connect free end of remote-control cable
(4) to rear junction box (7). For 8108-2CD HIAB crane, remove plug weather
cap from remote-control receptacle and connect free end of remote-control
cable (4) to remote-control receptacle (refer to Figure below).
