Does test equipment pass offset test?
DECISION
Yes - Go to (Step 6 - Is continuity measured between rear marker light ground contact and a known good
ground?).
No - Test equipment failed offset. Contact your Supervisor.

Is continuity measured between rear marker light ground contact and a known good ground?

Remove two screws and lens cover (WP
0057).

2.
Connect button probe cable red lead to rear marker light ground contact.
3.
Connect button probe cable black lead to a known good ground.
4.
Perform ICE Test 91.
5.
Meter should display a reading less than 200 ohms.

Is continuity measured between rear marker light ground contact and a known good ground?
DECISION
Yes - Replace rear marker light assembly (WP
0057). Go to (Step 8 - Do all rear marker lights operate?) to verify
problem is solved.
No - Go to (Step 7 - Can rear marker light harness wire 1435 be repaired?).
