CONDITION/INDICATION
Does test equipment pass offset test?
DECISION
Yes - Go to (Step 3 - Is continuity measured between wire 1435 at LED composite light and a known good
ground?).
No - Test equipment failed offset. Contact your Supervisor.
STEP 3
Is continuity measured between wire 1435 at LED composite light and a known good ground?
WARNING
Remove all jewelry such as rings, ID tags, bracelets, etc. prior to working on or around vehicle.
Jewelry and tools can catch on equipment, contact positive electrical circuits, and cause a
direct short, severe burns, or electrical shock. Failure to comply may result in injury or death
to personnel.

Disconnect wire 1435 from nonoperating LED composite light ground wire.

Connect button probe cable red lead to wire 1435.
3.
Connect button probe cable black lead to a known good ground.
4.
Perform ICE Test 91.
5.
Meter should display a reading of less than 200 ohms.
CONDITION/INDICATION
Is continuity measured between wire 1435 at LED composite light and a known good ground?
DECISION
Yes - Go to (Step 5 - Are 10 to 14 vdc measured on wire 1008B/21 at LED composite light?).
No - Go to (Step 4 - Can rear side marker light harness wire 1435 be repaired?).
