Remove sling (32) from lifting eyes (33).

Remove hoist.

Install new gasket (34), access cover (35),

ten new Iockwashers (36), and ten

hexagon head capscrews (37).

NOTE

• Steps 16 thru 21 are written for

one hydraulic cylinder assembly

but apply to both.

• Ensure that hydraulic cylinder as-

sembly is filled with hydraulic fluid.

Install hydraulic cylinder assembly (38) in

proper position.

Install headless straight pin (39) through

hydraulic cylinder assembly (38).

Install new cotter pin (40).

Install headless grooved pin (41) and two

retaining

Uncover

44).

Connect

rings (42).

ends of hydraulic hoses (43 and

hydraulic hoses (43 and 44) to

hydraulic cylinder assembly (38).
