Disconnect electrical lead (26) and remove

transmission oil thermostatic switch (27).

Disconnect electrical lead (28) and remove

transmission oil temperature transmitter

(29).

Inspect for broken, damaged, or missing parts.

If damaged or missing, replace marker bands.

Apply sealing compound to transmission

oil temperature transmitter threads.

Install transmission oil temperature

transmitter (1).

Install electrical lead (2).

Run engine long enough to ensure

transmission oil temperature transmitter

(1) operates properly and does not leak.

If leaks exist, ensure all parts have been

installed correctly, If leaks still exist,

inspect for defective parts.
