INSPECTION/REPAIR

Inspect for broken, damaged, or missing parts.

If enclosure is damaged, repair is by replacement of next higher assembly.

Electrical wire and insulation sleeving are manufactured items, refer to appendix D.

Repair is by replacement of authorized parts (TM 9-2350-238-24P-1).

If removed, install new sign (1).

solder, solder electrical wires (2) to receptacle connector (3) per TB SIG-222.

electrical insert (4) on electrical wires (2).

bushing retainer nut (5) on receptacle connector (3).

insulation sleeving (6) on electrical wires (2). Using solder, solder electrical wires to

indicator light socket (7).

Install receptacle connector (3) with attached parts in enclosure

Install four new Iockwashers (9) and four machine screws (10).

Install indicator light (11) on indicator light socket (7), and tighten nut (12).
