Remove rubber section (1) .

Remove nonmetallic seal (2) .

Remove rubber strip (3) and windshield (4)

from frame (5) .

Inspect for broken, damaged, or missing parts.

If frame is broken, damaged, or missing, repair is by replacement of next higher assembly.

Rubber section, rubber strip, and nonmetallic seal are manufactured items, refer to appendix C.

Repair is by replacement of authorized parts (TM 9-2350-238-24P-1) which do not meet inspectio n

criteria.

Install new rubber strip (3) and windshield (4) in frame (5).

Install new nonmetallic seal (2) .

Apply epoxy adhesive to new rubber section (1), and install to frame (5).
