Remove 28 self-locking nuts (1), 56 fla t

washers (2), 28 machine screws (3), and

right and left window panels (4 and 5).

Remove window-to-frame rubber channe l

seal (6) from frame (7).

Inspect for broken, damaged, or missin g

parts .

Inspect window for chips, cracks, breaks,

bubbles, and change of color .

If frame is broken, damaged, or missing,

repair is by replacement of next higher

assembly .

Repair is by replacement of authorized

parts

Apply adhesive to new window-to-frame rubber channel seal (6), and install seal in frame (7) .

Install left and right window panels (5 and 4) in frame (7), and secure with 56 flat washers (2),

28 machine screws (3), and 28 new self-locking nuts (1).
