Lift contact set (10) from slip ring (6), and
remove hexagon plain nut (15), lock-
washer (16), and hexagon head capscrew
(17). Remove contact set (10) from sli p
ring to 24-volt feed cable assembly (18).

Remove preformed packing (19) from sli p
ring (6).

If damaged, remove eight cover as -
sembly plain studs (8) from slip ring (6).

Remove Iockwire (20) and four socke t
head capscrews (21) .

Remove slip ring disconnect to interior
disconnect wiring harness (12) and shel l
gasket (22) from slip ring (6).
