Assembly

1.

Install ball bearing (6) into housing (3) making sure that bearing hole aligns with hole for lubrication fitting in housing.

Secure ball bearing with retaining ring (5).

NOTE

Seals (1 and 4) must be installed with rubber lips facing outward.

2.

Install seals (1 and 4) into housing (3).

3.

Install lubrication fitting (2) into housing (3).

4.

Lubricate in accordance with WP 0097 00.

Installation

1.

Install bearing unit housing assembly (see WP 0365 00).

NOTE

Follow-on maintenance: Install service brake linkages if removed (see WP 0365 00).
