Equipment Condition

Lever assembly removed (see WP 0365 00)

Disassembly

1.

Remove lubrication fitting (1) from lever (2).

2.

Pry two seals (3) out of lever (2).

3.

Tap bearing (4) out of lever (2).

Assembly

1.

Install bearing (4) into lever (2) making sure that bearing hole aligns with hole for lubrication fitting in lever.

NOTE

Seals (3) must be installed with rubber lips facing outward.

2.

Install two seals (3) into lever (2).

3.

Install lubrication fitting (1) into lever (2).

4.

Lubricate in accordance with WP 0097 00.

NOTE

Follow-on maintenance: Install lever assembly (see WP 0365 00).
