REPLACE FLOOR PLATES (M901A1 ONLY) — Continued

INSTALLATION
1.
Install two floor plate cleats (14) on floor plate (15). Secure with six screws (11), flat washers (12), and new locknuts
(13).
2.
Install two left floor plate cleats (9) on floor plate (10). Secure with four screws (6), flat washers (7), and new locknuts
(8).
3.
Install two tread plate cleats (4) on floor plate (5). Secure with four screws (1), flat washers (2), and new locknuts (3).
WARNING
Adhesive, primer, sealant compounds, and isopropyl alcohol are toxic and flammable. These
compounds are toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Continued exposure can make you
dizzy and irritate your eyes and throat.
Always use in well ventilated areas, away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not breathe fumes.
Do not allow into contact with skin and eyes. Use goggles or face shield and protective gloves.
4.
Apply light coat of adhesive to groove portion of new grommet (16). Allow adhesive to dry until tacky.
5.
Carefully insert new grommet (16) in cut out portion of floor plate (10). Press firmly into place. Wipe off excess sealant.
