Measure resistance between plug W1P1 (2), pins d (3) and c (4).

Does MSD read 0 ohm?

Replace pulse tachometer (WP 0867 00).

Verify no faults found.

Remove plug W1P2 (1) from MSD/ICE distribution

box jack J2 (2).

2.

Measure resistance between plug W1P1 (3), pins d (4) and c (5).

3.

Does MSD read infinity?

Faulty W1 cable. Beyond unit

maintenance repair.

Notify supervisor.
