REPLACE COMPARTMENT FLOOR PLATES (M1068A3 ONLY) — Continued

Remove two front floor plates (4) and (9) and rear floor plate (8) from hull crossmembers.

If necessary, remove two pads (10) and (14), rubber strips (11), six seals (12), and seal (13) from crossmembers by

scraping.

5.

If necessary, remove cover plate (7), two hook velcro strips (6), and two loop velcro strips (5). Discard velcro strips.

NOTE

Perform Step 6 only if vehicle has safe installed.

Remove four screws (3), self-locking nuts (15), eight washers (2), and safe adapter plate (1) from floor plate (4). Discard

self-locking nuts.
