REPLACE COMPARTMENT FLOOR PLATES (M1068A3 ONLY) — Continued

NOTE

Perform Step 4 only if vehicle has safe installed.

4.

Install floor plate (1) with four screws (5), new lockwashers (4), and washers (3) in safe adapter plate (2) and through

floor plate (1) and align with weld nuts. Hand start screws (5), but leave loose until floor plates (8) and (9) are installed.

5.

Place rear floor plate (8) and front floor plates (9) and (1) on hull crossmembers. Secure to hull with 13 lined washers

(6) and screws (7).

NOTE

Perform Step 6 only if vehicle has safe installed.

6.

Secure four screws (5) holding safe adapter plate (2) and floor plate (1).

FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS

1.

Install personnel heater floor duct (WP 0706 00).

2.

Install power supply storage box (WP 0824 00).

3.

Raise and lock ramp (see your -10).
