REPLACE M13 NBC FILTERS AND HOSES (M1068A3 ONLY) — Continued

12. If removed or missing, install new rubber bumpers (1) on bracket (2), as required.
13. Install filters (3) and (4) on mount (5) and tighten clamps (6).
14. Install hose (7) on filter (3) and manifold (8) and tighten clamps (9).
15. Install hose (10) on filter (4) and manifold (8) and tighten clamps (11).
16. Secure hoses (7) and (10) together at manifold (8) with new tie strap (12).
17. Install hose (13) on precleaner (14) and filter (3) and tighten clamps (15).
18. Install hose (16) on precleaner (14) and filter (4) and tighten clamps (17).
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS
1.
Install radio operator’s seats (WP 0568 00).
2.
Install crew compartment floor plates (WP 0544 00).
3.
Connect battery ground leads (WP 0338 00).
4.
Start engine (see your -10).
5.
Raise and lock ramp (see your -10).
6.
Stop engine (see your -10).
7.
Check air flow of NBC system. Follow procedures in TM 3-6680-316-10.
