- Set TEST SELECT switches to 10, press

and release TEST button.

- Increase engine rpm to 2100 rpm.

- Watch engine oil pressure gage.

Is oil pressure from 40 to 70 psig (2.8 to 4.8

kg/sq cm)?

NOT E

If VTM does not display engine speed,

refer to pulse tachometer fault isolation in

TM 9-4910-571-12&P and correct

problem.
