- PULL VTM power switch OFF.

Disconnect leads of power cable W5 from batteries of
vehicle under test.

Go to GO 1 (Figure 1, sheet 1) and perform steps 1
thru 4 to power VTM from different vehicle with good
batteries.
Go to NG 24 (Figure 3,
sheet 15).
