Do not perform power test if engine is above normal

operating temperature. However, engine should beat

operating temperature before peforming power test.

Engine has to be running below 1000 rpm before

power test.

isolation procedure in TM 9-4910-571-12&P.

STE/lCE-R is bad;

replace.
