Insert ignition coil (2) into bracket (7) and secure with new Iockwasher (9), screw (10), and nut (8). Toque nut

to 7-9Ib-ft(10-12 N•m).

Position ignition coil (2) and bracket (7) on air inlet housing (11) and secure with washer (6), new Iockwasher

(5), and screw (4). Torque screw to 16-20 Ib-ft (22-27 N•m).

Connect electrical lead (1) to ignition coil (2).

Connect wiring harness (3) to ignition coil (2).

NOTE

FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE:

Connect batteries (para 8-28)
