a. Removal

Cut electrical tape to expose slave start connections.

Remove two screws (5) and two Iockwashers (6) to disconnect power (1) and ground lead (2) from slave start

receptacle (7). Discard Iockwashers.

Disconnect slave start connector (4) at driver’s bulkhead (8).

Remove four screws (9), four Iockwashers (10), and external power receptacle guard (11). Discard

Iockwashers.

Cut electrical tape to expose external power receptacle connections.

Remove screw (12) and Iockwasher (13) to disconnect cable (3) from external power receptacle (14), and

remove boot (15) from external power receptacle. Discard Iockwasher.

Remove 14 screws (16), 14 Iockwashers (17), 14 washers (18), and 14 straps (19) and lift out wiring harness

(20). Discard Iockwashers.

b. Disassembly/Repair

Disassemble wiring harness (para 2-13).
